The all-new 2020 Kia Telluride recently made its first public appearance in New York. As part of a Texas themed Fashion Week show the Telluride production model was displayed with ranch ready accessories and trim options. The one-of-a-kind Kia Telluride “Texas” model was influenced by fashion designer Brandon Maxwell who grew up in West Texas.
This specially tailored Telluride includes several nods to Maxwell’s Texas roots, including natural wood interior trim and saddle-inspired double-stitched leather adornments on the dash, door panels and grab handles. Its deep green exterior with custom front and rear bumpers, skidplates and sidestep sills lend a ranch-ready look to the Telluride. Its metal and leather-trimmed cargo area as well as a custom wood and aluminum roof rack with leather tow strap complete the outdoorsy yet upscale vehicle theme.
The eight passenger, V6-powered Telluride is several inches longer and wider than Kia’s award-winning, seven passenger Sorento midsize SUV. It will afford drivers and passengers with more space, new amenities and plenty of cargo room. The new 2020 Kia Telluride will be assembled at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia and is expected to arrive at dealerships in early 2019.
