The 2023 Kia Stinger is the ultimate sports sedan. It promises high performance and supreme comfort as you take it out on the open road. Performance

There are two engine options available with the Stinger. Standard on the GT-Line is a Twin Scroll Turbocharged 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine. This engine gets 300 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque. It is a gasoline direct injection engine and has a twin-scroll turbocharger. Using this engine, you can get from 0-60 miles per hour in 5.9 seconds. 

The other engine available is a 3.3-liter Twin-Turbo V-6 engine. It has twin turbochargers and is also a gasoline direct injection engine. With 368 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque, the engine delivers lots of power to your ride. Acceleration goes from 0-60 miles per hour in 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 167 miles per hour. 

Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and come standard with an idle stop and go feature. Drive Mode Select is also standard and lets you customize your driving by letting you choose between five drive mode options, which include eco, comfort, sport, custom, and a smart mode. 

Interior Features

Inside the Stinger, there is one touch screen option sizes available. Both the GT-Line and the GT2 have an 8-inch touch-screen display, but there are different sound systems based on the trims. The GT-Line has nine, while the GT2, 15 speakers are located throughout the vehicle. 

To help you stay connected, all trims come standard with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Bluetooth Wireless Technology with voice recognition. There is also UVO technology that allows you to track your parking location, driving habits, and get roadside assistance when you need it. 

The Stinger promises comfort to drivers with leather seat coverings, and power and heated front seats. The GT2 trim come with ventilated front seats, and adds heated rear seats to the list of comfort features that come standard on that specific trim. For those days when you need to transport a lot of cargo, there are over 40 cubic feet of cargo space under the liftback. 

Safety

The Stinger comes with Kia Drive Wise. This feature offers advanced driver assistance technologies that are guaranteed to help you while on the road. Systems that come with Kia Drive wise are blind spot detection, smart cruise control, forward assist, lane assist, and driver attention warning. Additional safety features available in the Stinger are seven air bags that surround the driver and passengers to ensure their safety.
